Having worked as a chartered building surveyor for over 17 years, Eamon‘s range of experience extends from working on new build projects to refurbishment of all types of buildings across multiple sectors with a passion for working on buildings with an historic interest. Eamon personally oversees all our projects from inception to completion and deals with all aspects of Planning, Building Control, design and the coordination of the design team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional quality.

Hannah joined Newbourne in January 2015 and has already made a huge impact on the day to day running of the business with her attention to detail and organisational flair. With 12 years experience in the commercial property sector Hannah is familiar with contract law and is proving a hugely influential member of the Newbourne team, and will form a cornerstone of our expansion plans over the next 12 months and beyond.

Matthew has 20 years experience in the central London property market and has managed residential sales teams for a number of the capital's top estate agency companies. Matthew's knowledge of buyers' expectations on quality, price and finish has been the cornerstone of our founding philosophy to build homes that people will enjoy living in, and to offer the very highest standards of service to all our customers.
